POOR WORKSHOP SERVICE
Dealing with these guys is a nightmare!!! My vehicle (a alfa romeo 147) is with them now for two months for a broken cam sprocket. Since the 2nd of December 2014, their service consultant Justin is making empty promises to me. I have reported him to the workshop manager on the 16th of December 2014, who explained to me that the engineering company was closed for December but will send the \head"to another company in Johannesburg. He will follow that up and come back to me immediately - I am still waiting. After several phone calls and frustrating conversations"
