Poor service McCarthy Volkswagen Emalahleni

I bought a PoloVivo at McCarthy Volkswagen in May 2019. The payment for my licencing of the vehicle was included in my deal, so initially I paid for my car to be licenced. Since May 2019, there have been strikes at the Bronkhorstspruit Licencing Department, when the strikes were over I informed the person who did my deal. Ever since then when I contacted him , the excuse was "next week", we are in January 2020, my licence disc expired 31 December 2019, the last time I contacted the sales person he informed me that the Roadworthy expired and that it is off there system so I must take my car for Roadworthy. Not acceptable hence I paid for a Service which was not met. I tried several times to contact the Manager and the phone just rings. I will not be liable to take my car for Roadworthy or pay any fines
