Poor service from VW Arcadia

<p>Good Afternoon</p> <p> </p> <p>I just purchased a used car from VW Arcadia but to my surpriced the car had mechanical issues which i did highlight to sales person who tried with all his powers to assist me but the car was not fixed to my satisfaction which i did escalate the issue to the floor manager but it did not go well as the floor manager was to rude and life threatrning to me as a costumer, i manage to speak to director or manager of the branch who called the the floor manager from used car to assist me on the matter but before he assist me , he started threatening me by telling me that he can make my life difficult. I will not even **** i dont feel safe at all. I dont want that car anymore.</p> <p>Your assistance will be highly appreciated</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
