Poor Service from Toyota Louis Trichardt

The serve l got from Toyota Louis Trichardt was horrible from one of their service advisor Jason. There was no feedback whether my car was done or not.l had to find out myself and on the otherside requested an invoice for me pay for more that 4times, but reveceived nothing. To my surprise he had emailed me a job card with the same email address but he was keping on giving excuses that he did send. His manager did check his emails and he did pick up that no email of invoice was forwarded to me. On collecting my car there was no hand over since he was off that Saturday. I had to wait for paper work to be done. To my surprise the car was not washed , l had to drive dusty car from Louis Trichardt to JHB.

I am a Toyaota customer since 2014 l have never received treatment line this.
