Poor service from Bidvest McCarthy

I have bought a new Ford Ranger from Bidvest McCarthy Ford Silver Lakes. After lots of issues, I finally received my Ranger on the 9 of May. Now after 3 weeks I still have not received my number plate and registration forms.

I have emailed the salesperson (Kleinbooi Malatji) a few time, but sadly the response was less than satisfactory.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Bidvest McCarthy
