Poor service

Seems like they did not hear my cry over a ****** jack after i have brought the car for service. i almost lost my life after i got a puncture and needed to replace a tire in the middle of no where on my vocational trip. people please do not leave your stuff whenever you take the car for service or else you will jeopardize your precious life.
