Poor service and being undermined for being black

I bought a vehicle from Toyota Mccarthy N1 city on 29th of March 2019.When I went to view the vehicle it was 170 000 which was fine and we agreed on that with the salesman because I said I don't want nothing more than that. When I went to fetch the vehicle the salesman dumped me at the finance office without explaining anything. I only saw when signing that I have a balloon payment and that the vehicle is 179 000 not 169 000 and he app**** for 195 000 at the bank of which we never agreed on that amount .when I asked Theo the salesman about that he said the 179 000 he said it is made of delivery fee and registration which did not make sense and he was answering me just for me to be off his eyes. On the 16th of May I came to fetch the number plates after that I went to do Taxify inspection at Goodwood dekra they told me that I need to buy new tyres and the vehicle was not even 21 days with me. I went for a second opinion at dekra stellenbosch and they told me the same thing. I went to dekra Somerset and they told me the same thing.. On the 6th of May I called asking for Theo's manager and I was transferred to Ruth whom she said she deals with complaints and she will look into my complaint. Few hours later I received a call from a guy who said he is Rudolph the assessor he said I should bring in the vehicle for him to assess it. On the 7th of May 2019 I did bring the vehicle, he said according to him he sees only two tyres that are old and he will change those new tyres with brand new ones, another thing that I did not like he undermined me he called an African guy to interpret for me not knowing whether I understand English or not. I left my vehicle as he said he is going to change the tyres when I came back I saw that 3 Tyres have been changed 1 is new and 2 is used but in a better condition than the ones that were in the vehicle before. When I got home I checked my spare wheel and found an old Tyre from the ones that were removed. Which is the new Tyre that I saw was my spare wheel. I called Rudolph and asked him why did he remove my spare wheel without my permission he said because he wanted my vehicle to pass taxify inspection. We never had any agreement for him to remove my spare wheel. So if he agreed that the Tyres are not roadworthy how did the vehicle pass dekra inspection... Meaning after buying a vehicle for R179 000 I must buy myself new tyres with a vehicle that is not even a month old. I would a enquiry to be opened because there is high chances that this vehicle never went for dekra inspection or it was inspected while it was a Toyota garage
