POOR SERVICE
I took my car to Renault Umhlanga on the 30/07/2019 as the car was showing Toxic warning light and it was loosing power when the light is flashing. I had to stay for more than a week without a car as Riyadh Khan explained that they need to order the parts. Car was only fixed on the 08-08 and I collected the car on the same day *it was Thursday* on Saturday the 10/08 car started doing the same thing I had to take the car back on the 12/08 and it Rayvan that assisted me, he called me after 3 to 4 hours to come and take the car and when I was there he advised me that it the petrol filter that was dirty they had to clean it. I used the car for more than a month , on the 21/09 when I was on my way to Donnybrook I experienced the same problem again I came back from Donnybrook and I called Renault Umhlanga advising them that I am still experiencing the same problem, Riyadh booked my car and he advised me to bring the car on the 27/09 @7am. I went there and I spoke to him and he advised me that they will check the car and let me know. He called around 13pm and he said it something else that is faulty*sensor for exhaust* I need to get someone that is dealing with exhaust to help me with this. My question to him was how come they didn't pick up this and that means I paid R9174 for nothing as the car is still doing the same thing, I am really not happy with this maybe if the car was doing something else I would have said maybe now it another faulty. To me it seems like what was repaired was wrong and I paid so much of much but I am still not getting help as they telling me different stories. I can not pay so much of money again for the same thing, I brought the car to them because of what the car is still currently doing. Is this how Renault Umhlanga is doing to customers or is this how they making money? This is really not on.
