Poor service

VW Nelspruit did service on my car in February this year, last week my car stoped because there was no oil at all in my car, they have ticked that they have replaced the oil on the service book. Nothing was done to my car as far as I know, I paid for nothing and that almost damaged my engine.have been trying to get hold of them and they do not return my call. Bull**** service
