Poor service

<p>In the middle of April 2 weeks before my warranty ended on my vehicle which I didn't have any issues with prior to that the water pump went on... it was a Saturday that I phoned an booked my car in an was told to bring it in on that Monday ... Monday morning bright an early I was there an once I met with my service advisor I told them to also while the car is in to do a full check on my car as the warranty is going to end an after endless phone calls back an forth they said not to extend as my maintenance plan will cover my there after ... but even so I told them to please check my car ... I drove with the mech an I gave them a whole list of issues I feel need to be check ... long story short ... They kept my car for 2,weeks which in those 2 weeks I got calls stating they busy with it an they sorting out everything ... on the following Thursday I made my way down as I was rushing for a trip to joburg they made me wait for 2 hours ... an on hand over my car back saying please check coolant ... They never filled my car with coolant for the problem it went in for ... it's been 1 month I never got a call stating what they have done to my car ... the issues I brought up are still clearly not resolves ... MY OWNERS MANUAL WAS TAKEN FROM MY CAR AN NOT RETURNED ... I've phoned an phoned an could never get hold of any respected people on the line ... I had to Chase up on a service that vw should provide ... it's gone 1 month my warranty is out an there are clear issues that I will like to bring to someone attention that won't give my the run about ... </p>
