Poor service

I took in my car for service this morning and was very disappointed in the service i received. Most of the staff were either busy on their personal phones, sitting around drinking coffee or having conversations with each other while they could see im waiting for someone to assist me.

Second, no one assisted me in telling me where to go or where to drop my car for service.

Most looked irritated - me being there was an inconvenience to them.
