Poor service

<p>Hi all,</p> <p>I got a pathetic service at Toyota Mccarthy, Table-view on Cape Town.<br />On the 4th of April 2017 I booked my car to that dealership for service and guess what, they swoped my new Toyota corolla mags for the old repaired one. The tyres are threads with cuts. I asked for the manager to come thinking that he was gonna be shocked to know that he employed a bunch of ******* to my surprise, Service Manager Tummy came and didn't seem shocked, instead he advised me to pay half for him to organise for the problem to be solved and that tells me that he knew about this, in fact he is part and parcel with them. At first I was thinking that was the worst of all till I met his Manager, Gary Schotz who told me straight on my face that I must go to hell and that was end of discussion. <br />After confirming with the Rola Toyota Somerset dealer that the wheels were not the originals that I bought my car with, I decided to open a case of theft in Milnerton police station. I'm disappointed not only from the fact that my wheels didn't drive even two months, but the fact that I thought Table-view is one of the biggest toyota dealers in the Western Cape. I'm disgusted.<br />My free advice to everyone, mark your wheels when you deal with these dealers especially Toyota Table-view, managers are unprofessional and the staff is pathetic.</p>
