Poor service

I have since took my car in for repairs since last year December and still today I haven't received it. Thry dont even have the decency to call and update me on the progresa of my car. At first they send me a quote of the issues that needs to be fixed, we agreed to the quote and now the issue they thought it was, isnt the issue. Theyve sent another quote adding money on top of the mistake they did. I agreed for them to just proceed as i'm desperate of getting my car back. I was helped by a guy called Roy, now when i want to talk to him they saying he resigned and i will be helped by Peter. The same peter when i called he said my car will be ready 2 weeks ago, now he is quiet bot even saying a word. Im so sick and tired of that dearlerships service. It is pathetic.
