Poor service
i bought a car at mccarthy and signed the documents on the 2nd of september and the assistance from the sales person(karabo) was impressive up until i left the premises,the dealership promised to email me the documents that i signed during the week and the sales promised to deliver the company registration documents to me on monday ,even today i don't have all my documents when i call the sales person that assisted me he promise me that i will get them the following day ,he is now ignoring my sms's and emails i don't know what to do , i have the car but i don't have all my documents i don't even have the service plan report and they have told me that the car will be serviced until 60 000km i am not sure if they were telling me the truth cause they didn't keep their promises and i am dissapointed in the service and treatment they have given me as a customer, i am even thinking of taking the car back because it seems like they don't value me as a customer.
The treatment and service is pathetic, i won't recommend anyone to go to mccarthy woodmead cause they don't value their clients.
