Poor service

i took my car on the 01/08/2018 at VW McCarthy Constatia Kloof in Roodeport to replace Brake pads at 8am. i left the car with confidence that my car was with the most reputable company and that it is good hands. The dealer called me around 12am to say that my brake pads are ok not faulty, however when i drive it there is a noise. I then left the dealership at 4pm, upon leaving i noticed that my fuel was empty and thought maybe i am dreaming. I then checked my tracker to check the trips of the car. VW employees to my car driving it from 9am till 12pm using it for their personal use. My fuel was used and kilos of my car went up. I sent proof to Michael Modisane of the tracker information and expected us to resolve the matter amicably, however he called to say that the people who used the car were giving him senseless explanation as to why they used my car and he is requesting that i just forgive them for their negligence that's all. He called and has asked that i do not take the matter further but i still did not given any form of resolution, i must just accept his "sorry". i left my car to be serviced not to be driven around, i did not authorize for anyone to drive it. How do i know that they did not even hit a pothole, i will now be on the look out should there be any noise i will say it is VW. I need my query to be attended to and resolved. My petrol is not for VW stuff, my kilos. I pay for everything not VW

*email from Michael* There is only a brake machine for testing the hydraulic of the brakes to check for leak Or check for malfunctions of brake system The is no machine to test for noises to test for noisy brakes and brake noise is usually Dust that causes noise. All four tyres have brakes fitted and they all can make noise that the reason for testing the Vehicle so many times. Thank you
