Poor service
I took my car back to them since they are the ones that changed the pirate part that was fitted on a cv-joint. They are struggling to find out why the car is making GRINDING noise at the same time they don't communicate with me as they should unless I call them and find out how far are they with the diagnosis. It's day 5 already with no car. When I ask for a loan car....They tell me stories and I can't get to work and there's bus strike. I called them and spoke to Tyrone service manager that told me he is gonna get back to me in few seconds. Did he call me back?. NO!! What service is that?.

10 May 2018, 14:57McCarthy VW CONSTANTIA KLOOF specialise in POOR SERVICE!! They saying for me to get a courtesy car I must make means to get to their office they cannot bring it to my work place. I need to sign for.....poor poor poor!!

Then they gave me a voucher of R150 saying it's enough for someone that stays in Vosloorus. I wonder if they do that to every client?. This is totally unacceptable!!
