poor service

i purchased a ford figo ambiete vehicle at McCarthy Pre-Owned Gezina last year september. i was not aware that i need to get the service book while buying a car. the sales person told me to take my vehicle for service at 40 000 mielege. i did as he said. i called them and i told them the back seat has shifted and my water pump is leaking, they reffered me to go to FORD DEALERSHIP since i have a warranty , when i get there they told me they cant help me because i dont have the proof of my first service. i called the McCarthy Pre-Owned Gezina several times for few months with no joy. they finally get hold of the previous car owner and send me a proof that shows the car was serviced in april 2014 , meaning the second service should have been in april 2015,and i only took my car for service in september as per the salesman.so going back to FORD they said i have lost my warranty because of that, i called them again and the manager told me there is nothing he can do because even the salesman has resigned.i feel that the service was poor and they must fix the car, and this is the company's fault.and now when i call the manager kept saying he will call back but he doesnt.
