Poor sales service at Audi Westrand

We have received really poor service at Bidvest McCarthy Audi Westrand and this continues to persist even after complaining multiple times. We purchased a preowned and during viewing the sales person by the name of Godfrey agreed to fixing up a few cosmetic problems. In addition to this the car required a service as the service light was on. During the delivery the cosmetic changes were not addressed, the car was not serviced, no spare key and service book was given. In addition to the this, the car that was traded in was not settled in time and an installment on this car went off my bank account. This is really appalling service and I would like to cancel the entire sale agreement because of this.
