Poor Repair and damage to my Car

i took my car to McCarthy Toyota Empangeni for 20000 service and ask them to do wheel alignment and balancing on the wheels. They put weights on the outside of the mag ream and scratched the reams of my car and they ask me to bring it for the whole day for repairs, i left the car to be attended to on 24 June and when i call on the next day they said my car won't be ready, it will be ready the next day on 26 June, however i explained that i use the car for business and needed it urgently, they can't provide the alternative transport for me to attend the meetings. they should be replacing my car with new reams. i am so frustrated and having the day lost and wasted.<br> <br> Sizwe Mgenge
