Poor customer service

I brought my car in for a minor service in June 2015. Additional work included handbreak adjustment and front light bulb changing. The service was done, but the handbreak was not adjusted properly, even though I was charged for it. I received a call as a follow up and I mentioned the problem, but nothing happened.<br> <br> As for the bulb, it died within two months of being fitted, because it was not properly fitted, it was loose. I discovered this weekend when I bought new bulbs. I went to McCarthy VW in Parow this morning to simply ask for assistance in fitting the NEW LIGHT BULBS which I bought, because one fused due to their negligence, but all I was told was it's a wear and tear problem. <br> <br> I went there in the first place, because a friend had recommended the place.
