Poor customer service

I have been trying to contact Club McCarthy Lifestyle benefits to change my banking details but I cannot seem to be directed to right department . I called *** on several occasions and they say they don't have my policy number. Today, they provided me with *** and I called the lady that claimed to be the supervisor was screaming at me. On the 25th October 2021, I called 0861 293 329 number and say they said they do not have my records. I should try ***. I called that number on the 26th October but to date . I still cannot get someone to help me.
