Poor Aftersale Service

<p>Sadly it has been 4 months since buying a second hand vehicle from Bidvest McCarthy Pre-owned Menlyn and they were to provide a vehicle jack and tools. The vehicle upon delivery was found to have no jack and tools and it has been through a roadworthy. Upon signing delivery a requirement was to be sent the jack and tools once procured but to date I keep requesting to no commitment. Sadly it seems the customer safety is not seen as important once the deal is signed.</p>
