Poor after-sale service

I bought a vehicle from Mccarthy Toyota Lynnwood on the 2nd of April and 3 weeks later, I still have not received license registration documents. I literally call in everyday to follow up when the documents will be available and all I get is one story after another. Now I have been referred to a third party that is apparently responsible for the registration. This has been very frustrating as the vehicle is intended to serve as a shuttle and cannot serve its purpose without the necessary documentation.
