Pension fund payout

I used to work for McCarthy Woodmead , I have resigned on the 19th of March 2020. I was told my pension fund will be paid out to me within 4-6 weeks so I have completed all the withdrawal applications and submitted same day, so I waited for 2 months which should give Bidvest(Fund) enough time to finalize the paperwork and pay out my pension fund. I have send payroll department an email on the 12th May 2020 to check how far is the process and the Lynette De Lange(Payroll) responded to my email the following day and said everything was done and it takes 4-8 weeks for payout.

On the 26th of May 2020 nothing has been paid or finalized I then send Bidvest(Fund) an email and they have told me my application has not yet been approved by the Employer(McCarthy) and only after Jillian Kapp(payroll supervisor) was send an email by Bidvest(fund) she approved on the 28th May 2020 after 9 weeks of not doing it. On email she responded to me and say the fund will only finalized when necessary and it will take another 4-6 weeks.

The sad part is after 9 weeks of waiting now I have to wait for another 4-6 weeks which will make the claim to be completed 15 weeks instead of 4 weeks. It is frustrating and unacceptable everything should have been finalized by now, I was expected to do my job when I was working for them and I was victimized when I was not performing and was told several times I could be dismissed if I am not doing my job. Now I left and the payroll department is violating my rights and nothing has been done about it. I was warned that Mccarthy is terrible and treating people differently but I never thought that it would be this bad...
