Pension Fund

I used to work for Audi Centre Durban, I have resigned on the 30th of April 2015 (more than 2 months ago). My pension fund was supposed to be paid out to me, so i waited for 2 months, which should give Alexander Forbes enough time to finalize the paperwork and pay out my pension fund.<br> I called Alexander Forbes on the 6th of July 2015, they had no paperwork concerning my pension fund, although they were notified that i had left. I contacted the accountant Kesigan who claimed that everything was done.<br> He said that he would check with HR, over the past couple of days i have phoned Kesigan and Alexander Forbes, today i spoke to Simone, she said that she only received my documents from Kesigan on the 7th of July and nothing has been processed yet!!<br> Everything should have been finalized by now, I was warned that Mccarthy is terrible, but I never thought that it would be this bad...
