pathetic service yet again at VW McCarthy Umhlanga

Good morning,

I am very angry and annoyed yet again at VW McCarthy Umhlanga for a pathetic and unhelpful service AGAIN!!!

Yet Again the people at VW McCarthy seem to surprise me YET AGAIN...

I called on the 31st of March 2021 the number ***, at 14:49 and booked for my vehicle by Priveledge (Booking Admin) and advised me that they are fully booked till the 14th of April, so i advised its perfect book my car in as the engine light came on and I would like my vehicle sorted out before my birthday.

However, when i go there this morning they advised me my vehicle is not booked in and that I must leave the vehicle and they will attend to it in 7 days time, advised when is the next available date, Janine advised me 3 weeks from now, so i said this is unacceptable and I cant keep taking time off from work when people cant do a simple booking!!!

Then Janine advised that there is nothing to be done. I looked like a complete fool this morning, what is the point of booking the vehicle and call in and they dont capture on system???

This is becoming a ongoing issue and I am very disgusted and disappointed at the level of service and as a customer I feel violated and not taken seriously.

This is not the first time i have received this pathetic service from VW Umhlanga. Furthermore i have sent emails to the dealer principal EMMA and i havent received any feedback from her or a call. Then theres James, he doesnt give feedback either and I must call him with regards to my last incident and till date no proper communication was dealt with.

I AM VERY ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, ANNOYED THAT NO ONE IS TAKING ME SERIOUSLY, I MUST RUN UP AND DOWN USE PETROL, TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF AS PEOPLE CANT DO A SIMPLE THING AS BOOK A SERVICE!!!
