Pathetic service Mccarthy Volkswagen Menlyn
Hi, I am extremely disappointed in the service levels of Mccarthy Volkswagen Menlyn, I purchased a Renault Kadjar in July however the vehicle had a chip on the windscreen and the dealer advised in writing that they will have it replaced since July however it is now December and still no resolution, the dealer advised they are looking for quotes from August, where is the client service in this, is this the kind of industry you run, kindly find a resolution before this is escalated further......
