Pathetic Service! McCarthy Toyota Edenvale Service center.

McCarthy Toyota Edenvale. I booked a vehicle service using the Toyota app, everything was fine, I received an sms confirming the service booking. I phoned them just to confirm the booking as well & they said yes. I went to the dealership on the confirmed date. They took my details & I signed the form, they stamped my service book. I asked them will they drop me off at work & to my surprise they said NO & also they will not clean my vehicle. Their reason because on Covid-19. I was surprised, but I understand. The problem is, why didn't they specify this when I made the booking, when I phoned to confirm the booking, they could have notified me. This is very unprofessional & POOR service. I declined to service my car there & left. I will NEVER service my car there & I will NEVER buy a car there again.
