Pathetic service from Mccathy VW Gezina

I bought a car KIA RIO last year 2017 at VW Mccathy Gezina, when i bought the car the sales Consultant Eric said i would get my spare key after a month or two, Ive been calling him asking about the spare key and every time we talk he tells me different stories about how he doesnt have the spare key and it is expensive for him to do a new key from the KIA dealership. Its been over a year now without the spare key and trying to push him to get the key. I tried talking to the Sales manager Mxolisi and he is also so unprofessional and unreliable just like the rest of his stuff , he didn't take my query seriously because every time i call him regarding the issue he doesn't remember anything that we discussed before. My suspicions are that he is not taking my matter seriously because he is trying to cover up for his fellow brother Eric that is so unprofessional.
