Pathetic Service from management at McCarthy VW Durban

Worst Management and FNI!!!! I bought a brand new Polo GTI on the 28th July. The vehicle was purchased cash! When collecting the vehicle documents had to be verified by the FNI ! She had absolutely NO customer service! Made me wait while she was merely chatting to a salesman! And I here I thought the customer always comes first! Had an attitude of note! And most unfriendly! Definitely not the type of person you want signing up your customers! I honestly think she should be sent on some training for manners and customer service!!!! Today being the 18th of August, my vehicle is still unlicensed and the permit on vehicle is expired! What’s the point of having a brand new vehicle that I cannot drive ! When calling the dealership today, I was put through to the USELESS NEW CAR MANAGER, Poovan Govender! His only concern was not to help me but rather to find out why I called him the asshole who refused to do my cash deal last year! Absolutely useless! In my honest opinion he shouldn’t be a manger in the first place !!!! He has no customer service and seems to need a lesson or two in people skills ! Lastly, I was called by the dealer principal Shaun Stevens who is just as useless as the rest! He actually tried blaming the salesman! What kind of DP does that ??? They refused to give me a new permit. He said and I quote, it’s an honest mistake that my licensing wasn’t done, human error and I must bear with them ! What absolute ******* ! When I told him that I called VW South Africa to lay a compliant, his reply …I will just wait for VW SA to contact me! That’s where I put the phone down!!!

Definitely not worth buying a car from a dealership run by a bunch of USELES *********** CLOWNS!!!

The only person I actually received exceptional service from was my salesman, Aslam Dawood! Pity such an awesome salesman works at such a ******* institute!
