Pathetic service by toyota service centre gezina

On the 28th September 2018 i took my car to toyota service centre gezina,it is a toyota avensis which had a problem of switching off in the middle of the road,julie-Ann,the service advisor called after 4days informing that there is a national recall campaign on the petrol pipe as all avesis vehicles had a problem.after intalling the part i was informed that they have diagnosed the car and everything will cost R14000..to cut a long story short,the car is still not completely fixed as everyday when my husband calls,he is informed of different stories..

This is pathetic because we take our cars to reputable dealers to avoid the car beinv damaged further by bush machanics..the car is still with toyota gezina and it is now almost a month.
