Pathetic service and car scratches

Sent my car in for service it came back with a scratch, sent my car in for a recall it came back with a scratch, firstly they have no right to damage any car and two times is pathetic. Lack of timely email responses. Agreed to fix scratches my car is almost 4 weekends in their possession. I called on Saturday at about 8am leaving a message to be called back by Monique couldn't even call a customer back. If you want to stress about the status and treatment of your car returning with damages with endless frustration they the best at it:) I give up on them and the unprofessional service and lack of care!
