Pathetic Service

So, I called McCarthy Cnr Koeberg Rd & Blaauwberg Rd, Table View, to find out about a price on a back cover and glass for my driver's side mirror, I got a price of around R766 for the cover and mirror & R160 or so for the labour because the cover is a clip on and glass to be fitted in its moulding. I wasnt sure about going ahead at that point. I then called back again to find out about doing my 135km service and having the mirror fixed at the same time, when calling back, the price of the labour changed completely to R416 instead of the estimated R160. I stopped right there. 2 hours later i called to book my service which is scheduled for this coming Friday (09/03/2016) after booking the service, i was put through to the parts department and asked for a quote as the price keeps changing depending on who one speaks to. I was told that they are going to email me a quote which includes labour. They have confirmed that they emailed it to me, 1 hour has gone by and i am yet to receive it. How pathetic can Mccarthy really be. how am i suppose to have work carried out if you dont even know the prices.This is not service!! I am very dissapointed in McCarthy and will be cancelling my servic
