PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

Today was the first time I used my Mcarthy club membership for road side assistance after paying it for almost 4 years. And what a terrible, rude and pathetic service it is. I waited 3 and a half hours for them to pick my car up, after receiving a notification that they will be there in 1. I called into the call centre 15 times for information about when the tow truck will arrive, and nobody even cared to help me. Constantly putting me on hold, then hanging up the phone. I asked to speak to the call centre manager only to be laughed at over the phone and have the phone put down in my ear. IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR?? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO THIS SERVICE?? I COULD OF BEEN STUCK IN A DANGEROUS AREA WITH MY FAMILY NOW OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON, WHERE I COULD OF BEEN ******, WIFE ***** AND CAR STRIPPED. BUT THIS IS A MATTER OF LAUGHTER FOR YOU!!! I pay for this service every month!! BUT NOW I EXPECT ALL MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK TO ME IN THE 4 YEARS I HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO SECOND CHANCES FOR FIRST IMPRESSIONS, AND YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION JUST SHOWED ME THAT ME AS A CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER AT ALL!! my reference number is ***
