Pathetic Service!!!

I went to the branch to get a price on a service and ask if they can check what is wrong with my injector, whereby Palesa told me that they won't charge me to check it, I asked about 3 times if I will not be paying anything and she said yes there will be no fee and took me to the lady to book my car in (I was waiting for a while before she helped me), while almost halfway through booking the car in Palesa came and now all of a sudden I have to pay R900....does she know what she is doing??? And how can she waste a customer's time like that? How can she say that I won't be charged at first and then change her mind??? I also ask her about the service and brakepads prices and she told me I must wait for her...she is busy with another customer now...and I waited...left after a while!!! I will not go back to a place whereby staff don't know what they are doing and when I am ready to buy my new car it will not be a volkswagen....YOUR SERVICE IS PATHHETIC!!!
