Pathetic service

I wanted to purchase a good secondhand vehicle and was looking on the internet. A came across a ford ranger which they were advertising which I thought was at a good price and was very interested in the vehicle. And seeing that it was from a \big"reputable company( McCarthy VW ) I was very interested. After speaking to the salesman a mr Paul Nkabinde who assured me that mcarthy only sells quality and accident free cars.. On 12 march we finalized the deal and car was delivered on the Friday. The driver dropped the car of bout sunset time i signed and he left. When I reached home I parked it under the lights my family came out to see the bakkie and it's at that very moment my father pointed out that the van was in an accident and you could clearly see it. I phoned them and let them know that I don't want it and I've been **** to. Till today I've had no call from mcarthy vw witbank at all No apology whatsoever! And when I eventually phned them Paul told he he's just a salesman and the manager will speak to me. When he did call he had the nerve to ask why did I not want the vehicle !!!! I asked did he even have a look at the van to which he rep**** No! So ja no apologies no nothing ! """
