Pathetic Dealer

I bought a car from MCcarty Premium used Bmw, M3. Immediately after delivery I noticed problems I called them they said I must take the car to Fors****s for repairs they also emailed Fors****s informing them the car is coming in. The convertible car had a bad leaking roof even slight rain fell inside the car, the car had 2 control arms badly damaged, handbrake did not work, hooter did not work, plain tyres below specification, missing wheel nuts, wrong lock nuts, a buckled rim, missing under bonnet cover and below bumper cover, roof had all broken clips and rubbers of windows all damaged. This is a car that had C.O.R 5 days earlier. How did the C.O.R issue a Road Worthy Certificate. These faults was alll diagnosed by Fors****s not me, they even measured the tyres and found its plain Amd guess what the dealership does not want to pay for the repairs apparently its too expensive. After telling them I am going to M.I.O.S.A they then decide they want to repair the roof but at a Auto trimmer in Gauteng I live in Durban, is MCcarty that cheap has business turned so bad they have to consider using cheaper suppliers. Is Fors****s not part Of MCcarty and you call them expensive I'm confused
