Pathetic after sales service from Mcarthy & Vw SA

This is now the third post ive made. Initially Jan 2014 than Nov 2014 and now. I received a notification and ref to say something will be done. To date no one has followed up. Tried contacting mcarthy customer care with reference, still no response. This is frustrating. Apologises this time arent goint to be enough.<br> When will something be done? Timeframe<br> Who is going to ensure something is done?<br> <br>
