Paid Full Amount and Still No Delivery

We went to VW Arcadia looking for a vehicle. The Offer to Purchase offered was given to us and on the very same day we went ahead and paid the required full amount on the vehicle. And we made it clear to the salesperson and the manager that the next day we want to be taking delivery of the vehicle. We were assured the vehicle will be delivered on the next day as promised, by our salesperson. Came the delivery date and we got stories that the vehicle is no longer available, as the other dealership did not want to release the vehicle. To us this is unacceptable while we were given assurance that the vehicle will be delivered the next day. Not to mention the inconvenience that we had to experience due to VW Arcadia. WE WANT THE VEHICLE THAT WE ARE QUOTED AND PAID FOR! CAN SOMEONE ACT ON THIS AND DELIVER.
