old spares not given

We had to replace our locks on our vehicle due to the keys being ******. Our Insurance did not pay for this and we had to pay everything out of our pocket. Our vehicle is a 2014 Toyota Etios, so we had to pay for a new lock set as well as 2 computer assemblies and a transmitter. We said to Toyota that we want all these parts that they took out back because there is nothing wrong with it and if the insurance paid for it they would have also wanted the old parts. When we collected our vehicle only the lock set was left in our car the ECU or any of the computer spares. <br> We want it back asap as we paid for the new ones and the old ones was already in our car so it belongs to us. If they do not give it back to us we will take the necessary legal steps to get it back as this cannot be sold by them to any other person. It is not their property to sell.
