offer handed in to purchase 2 vehicles no feedback

On the 5th of June I contacted the Randburg Nissan branch for a Nissan Qashqai 1.2T Visia they had advertised for R209 900 on their website for the cartageous deals they running, spoke to sales and they said they will call me back with the stock avail, the entire Friday passed and received no call, so I called the sales manager Deena and he ensure he will get the sales consultant Sandile to call me, the next morning on the 7th he calls to say they cannot find a car at the price I wanted, so we went into the dealership on the 7th and we then decided cause they could not locate the car I wanted, I settled for another car and also took one for my son, till today I am still waiting to hear what the outcome of my application is and I get little to no feedback from anyone there, neither does the sales manager return my calls, they offered my a price for my current car last week and then changed the amount in the week, this pathetic and poor service from such a reputable dealership, they do not know what they are doing. they evaluate our cars with so less value yet another Hyundai dealership offered me more for my vehicle, I am very upset with the treatment I received.
