Nonexistent service

<p>While my car was in for a service one of their drivers exceeded the speed limit and I got the speeding ticket a month later in the post. I discussed it with their service manager who promised to resolve it, while I paid the R1000 ticket. I have now phoned 5 times and left messages in the past month for him to call me back but nothing happens. I am not impressed and will take it further.</p>
