No words can describe the nightmare MCcarthy is !!

More than 2 months have passed my issues have not been resolved - calls are transferred and not answered - calls are dropped - messages are left an ignored - promises are always broken - vehicle was with Mccarthy for 3 weeks without so much as an sms leave alone a follow up call - vehicle was returned unrepaired upon demand - parts were suddenly unavailable - dealer principal sean was helpful at first and then totally ignored the issues & joined in the uncaring, unforgiving and stupendous nature of the Mccarthy team - it seems they don't care a damn about customers - bringing this to their attention was a fruitless attempt - not an eye was bat - further damage to my vehicle was caused - my vehicle returned with inspection warning alert - advised that this was due to a required service - vehicle is nowhere near due for a service - they know nothing about the vehicles they sell - theft is the order of the day - vehicle was booked in with a full tank and returned with half a tank of petrol ****** as well as the valve cap and VW badge on right back tire - If harsh and demeaning words were allowed that is all this post would be! Dealer principle needs a principle lesson in dealing !
