NO THANKS AND STILL EXPECTED TO PAY
When my car went for service 12/02/18 i received a call notifying me that my brake pads need to be changed and it would cost R1900. I said NO THANK YOU. When i took my car back for the heating I was told that a mistake was made and I should either pay or remove the brake pads. The brake pads were removed and the old ones installed again. If my car did not have issues when was I going to be informed on the brake pads? CUSOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY POOR AS IT SEEM ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UNACCEPTABLE.
