No Service delivery and Rude call centre Agents -Club Mccarthy

<p>I called in Bidvest club McCarthy yesterday 25 July 2016, requesting for a tow truck since my vehicle was stuck and I couldn't go home , the time was around 20:00 , spoke to Thabile Sibiya who told me she will call me back and advise which driver will be coming to assist me , I waited for 40 minutes for her call back , after waiting that long I received a ref number - 1 ********** -309732 stating that Justin's tow trucks will be coming to assist me with the vehicle, Thabile didn't even bother to call me and check up on me if I did get assistance or what happening , I was given an estimated time of 60 minutes , waited that 60 minutes and it went to 24 hours still no assistance and no call from Thabile, and mind you I'm still waiting for assistance, no one bothered to call me back , I called the call centre on the 26 July 2016 around 20:00 to find out what happend to my ref number that I was given yesterday for assistance , lady called Dora Tjila answered the call and I gave her my ref number , she asked me to hold on , I did that , when she came back on the line she told me that the tow truck is coming to assist me , I asked her 24 hours later , was I suppose to sleep by the street and wait for a tow truck 24 hours , no explanation was given to me nothing , she didn't care that I was waiting for 24 hours for the service, then I requested to speak to the supervisor , she put me on hold for 10 minutes than she comes back to tell me supervisor is busy with another call I must just call back the follow day during business hours and speak to customer services, I was so shocked of the service I received , I told her to please ask the supervisor how long he/ she will be with the other call, she made me hold on the line for 30 minutes without coming back with an answer or supervisor, after that flippin long 40 minutes holding and wasting R35 of my airtime, she dropped the line , she was so rude and lack of customer service , no respect, I don't even think she deserves to work at the call centre and dealling with clients, I'm so disappointed with the service I received from Bidvest Club McCarthy... Thabile Sibiya she's also lacking customer service for not coming back to me and assisting me with the service I requested.....bad and disgusting service.....</p>
