No service at all from Bidvest Macarthy

i bought a car cash from bidvest mcarthy in woodmead. This was in September 2017. the day i did the transfer the salesperson phoned and insisted on delivering the vehicle. he brought the docs for me to sign and left the car by me. He promised to do a valet and send the registration papers and spare key with his driver. it is 7 months later and i have no registration papers accept for the invoice of the car. no valet done. no spare key. what shoddy service. When i tried to contact the sales person, he says the branch has closed. I bought the car from Bidvest because i thought it is a reputable company, but the service i received was the same that i would have got from a street vendor. I dont know who to contact now as the branch has closed.
