no service

<p>I was asked to take my car in on monday to sort a few minor things out. Vw took the whole day with my car only to return it washed and cleaned with NOTHING sorted out.My car sat there the whole day with nothing done leaving alone that i had to wait there an hour to pick it up. I was told that there was nothing they could do and gave me some sob story about going back to the Vw i bought my car from as they do not know how to sort anything out. Pathtic service and no customer service what so ever. Vw is very fast to sell you a car at high prices but after ther sale you have no good service!!!!</p>
