No response to enquiry

Last year January 2014 when I bought my car , McCarthy offered me an extended warranty and added R5000+ to my vehicle finance as the cost of the warranty . I cancelled the cover last month, after having not used the cover but was only refunded R1000+. I cant understand how the refund was calculated so i asked IUA: the claims people for McCarthy to send me a breakdown of how the refund was calculated and its going for a month with no response on from them. I don't understand why its taking so long to send me a breakdown of how the refund was calculated... I hope someone at McCarthy can see this complaint and assist to resolve this issue.
