No responce from McCarthy VW Menlyn

I enquired about a vehicle via Surf4Cars on Tuesday 15 September. I did not receive any feedback from them. I was not contacted at all! I am not interested in buying anything from them if that is the level of service they provide. I have since found another vehicle on Carfind where the salesperson phoned back after 5 minutes.
