No reply to queries on vehicle and no follow up

Hi i called Mccarthy on Saturday regarding a deal I was interested in. I got a friendly call from someone stating that my request was sent to Arcadia branch Mccarthy Mercedes on Saturday and I would get a call for the deal and further details. On Monday the call center calls me asking if i received any info and I told them no and at which point I was told a follow up was sent and I will receive email info about my deal. A day later I heard nothing so i called again to follow up and got the same response. Today I called again only to be told the deal is over and If I want another vehicle. This is ridiculous and utterly poor service from mccarthy. I have bought a vehicle through mccarthy before but I dont think you care about business as you lost sale and have the nerve to ask em if I want another vehicle after nobody responded to my request on my first inquiry.
